Update on Econo Self Storage

Hi all. The day after I sent the HNA newsletter, I drove past the Econo Self Storage site at 6701 N. Lamar and noticed that work on redeveloping that site has begun. The fencing around the site has been upgraded and they are currently demolishing the existing structures. It looks like they were waiting on their permits. An apartment complex called the Broadstone North Lamar is being built there by Texas developer Alliance Residential.

Update on Reilly Gardens

If you’d like to help out at the new gardens at Reilly Elementary, check out their Instagram feed at @reillygardens. Regular clean-ups are currently scheduled for the first Saturday of the month at 8 AM during summer and 9 AM in the fall/winter.
