    • Highland Park update

      • Public art! (AG)

        • Samara Barks, AIPP artist creating work for HP, will have her mid-proposal design review in November

        • We’ll have more details on the final design and location available before our December ‘23 meeting

      • Connectivity between 7000 block of Guadalupe and Highland Park to improve access to Highland Park on the west side

        • No current budget for pass-through, but there’s a possibility for coordination between developer on W side of Guad paying a parkland dedication fee early and developer at 7009 Guad providing the easement/access point

    • Judging will take place on Sunday, 10/29 (HNA president Andrea G. to judge)

  • November 4, 2023 – Unofficial Highland Neighborhood It’s My Park Day hangout at T.A. Brown Elementary, stay tuned to our website, Instagram, and Highland FB page for details. HNA will buy coffee and snacks, but potluckers are welcome!

  • We have open HNA Board positions – contact the HNA Board (boardmembers@highlandneighborhood.org) if you’d like to participate/throw your hat in the ring as secretary or communications officer! We’ll discuss/vote at the December ‘23 meeting.
